SageMaster Investment Fraud Warning Issued by Netherlands AFM

The Netherlands Financial Markets Authority (AFM) has issued a clear investment fraud warning against SageMaster on April 21, 2026. The regulator has strongly advised consumers to avoid any offers from TechHost WorldWide INC, which trades as SageMaster.

What is SageMaster?

SageMaster is a high-risk investment scheme promoted through Be Club, an MLM company. The Dutch AFM suspects it is a classic boiler room scam — a type of online investment fraud where aggressive sales tactics are used to push fake opportunities.

Who Runs Be Club and SageMaster?

Be Club and SageMaster operate from Dubai. The co-founders are Monir, Moynul (Moyn), and Ehsaan Islam. Notably, Monir and Moynul are former promoters of the notorious OneCoin Ponzi scheme.

History of Rebrands

The company first launched as Melius in 2018, right after OneCoin collapsed. It was later relaunched as Be (Better Experience) in 2020, then changed to Be Rules, and is now operating as Be Club. This frequent rebranding is a common tactic used by questionable MLM schemes.

Multiple International Fraud Warnings

Be Club has received official fraud warnings from many countries, including:

  • Netherlands (2026)
  • Quebec, Norway, Finland, and Slovenia (2026)
  • Austria, Luxembourg, Ontario, New Zealand, Colombia, Philippines, and others

In January 2025, Moynul Islam downplayed these warnings, saying they are “very common for most companies.”
