MLM promoter Gagan Sarkaria has sent a cease and desist notice filled with legal threats to critic Danny de Hek.

The notice was issued on May 13, 2026, after de Hek published coverage of Sarkaria’s heavy promotion of the now-collapsed BG Wealth Sharing Ponzi scheme.

Who is Gagan Sarkaria?

Gagan Sarkaria is a Texas-based business and life coach who runs Unfold Your Success, LLC in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

She actively promoted BG Wealth Sharing across North America after joining in January 2025. Before that, she promoted another MLM crypto Ponzi called Blockchain Sports, calling herself a “founding member.”

Sarkaria heavily promoted the “click a button” app Ponzi on her website limitless.xyz (now disabled).

In a recorded December 2025 presentation to Canadian investors, she claimed:

“BG Wealth Sharing is the world’s largest hedge fund… we can actually double our investment in under sixty days. It is an incredible system which is fully compliant and legal.”

She also headlined a live promotional event in Utah on April 12, 2026.

The British Columbia Securities Commission even named her promo website in an official fraud warning in January 2026.

The Cease and Desist Notice

In the letter, Sarkaria demands Danny de Hek immediately stop publishing any content about her involvement with BG Wealth Sharing. She calls the reports “false, misleading, defamatory, and damaging.”

She complains about:

  • Use of meeting recordings (which she claims were private)

  • Edited videos and graphics

  • Lack of direct contact with her

Sarkaria threatens to report de Hek to local, state, and federal authorities if he does not remove the content.

The Reality

BG Wealth Sharing collapsed in late April 2026 after running multiple exit scams. Promoting unregistered securities like BG Wealth Sharing is illegal in the US and can lead to securities fraud and wire fraud charges.

Federal investigators have already seized the original BG Wealth Sharing domain, and probes are believed to be ongoing.

What Happens Next?

  • Texas State Securities Board can take action against Sarkaria

  • Victims may file civil lawsuits to recover their losses

  • Sarkaria has not publicly admitted her role or apologized to victims

Danny de Hek released a detailed two-hour video on May 15, 2026, covering Sarkaria’s promotion activities.
