Trey Knight, also known as Haskell Knight, has officially been sentenced to prison following his earlier guilty plea for bankruptcy fraud. The sentencing took place on November 20, 2025, months after Knight admitted to the charges in January. Another unexpected element is the absence of Emily Knight, Trey’s wife, from the publicly available sentencing records.
