The Traders Domain Receiver has filed a clawback lawsuit against four Texas-registered companies. The suit was filed on June 19, 2026, in the Western District of Texas.
The Traders Domain was a Ponzi scheme that took in more than $283 million. It was run by Ted Safranko. Safranko has been in hiding since the scheme collapsed in late 2022. The collapse also brought down OmegaPro, an MLM crypto Ponzi believed to have fed funds into The Traders Domain.

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) launched proceedings against Safranko and other Traders Domain insiders in late 2024. As part of those proceedings, a court-appointed Receivership was established.
One of the Receiver’s main duties is to recover funds from net-winners of the scheme.

The lawsuit targets four companies accused of receiving large sums from The Traders Domain:
The Receiver alleges the following amounts were received through these entities:
The total exceeds $1.16 million. The Receiver is seeking full recovery of these funds.
