Revelation During Webinar

During the March 24, 2026, “Texit Coin Miner Update” webinar, Gray revealed details he had kept secret for some time. He disclosed that on February 11, 2026 — the same day the Texas State Securities Board issued a cease and desist order against TexitCoin — he received a subpoena from the SEC requesting extensive documents related to the company.

Scope of the Subpoenas

Gray stated that the SEC subpoenaed materials concerning TexitCoin, MineTXC, Blockchain Mint, and himself personally. Since then, subpoenas have also been served to his wife, father, daughter, and several TexitCoin insiders and promoters.

Background and Previous Warnings

The SEC probe comes as no surprise. BehindMLM reviewed TexitCoin in September 2025 and identified it as an unregistered investment scheme involving securities fraud. The Texas State Securities Board’s cease and desist order in February 2026 further confirmed these concerns. Gray has claimed the scheme raised approximately $150 million, primarily from U.S. investors

Gray’s Status and Criminal History

Bobby Gray is currently living in Singapore. He previously stated he will not voluntarily return to the United States until he confirms that no criminal charges are pending against him in relation to TexitCoin. During the webinar, Gray also disclosed that he has a prior criminal record for “fleeing and eluding.”
