TexitCoin founder Bobby Gray has confirmed he will meet with US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) investigators in the UK. He shared the news during an episode of “Honest Money Hour” on May 21, 2026.
Speaking from a moored luxury yacht in Singapore, Gray said he flew his wife out for a two-week stay. He plans to travel through London afterward to meet his counsel and sit down with SEC officials. He called the meeting exciting and said he looks forward to explaining the project.

The SEC is already investigating TexitCoin. Subpoenas have gone out to Gray and top promoters. Two insiders, “Jay” and “Chris,” reportedly met with the SEC on May 26 and May 28. Gray has stayed outside the US since early 2026, saying he will not return until he is sure there are no criminal charges.
TexitCoin operated as an unregistered multi-level marketing (MLM) crypto scheme. Gray promised investors that TXC would passively reach $16 by February 2026. As of May 2026, the coin trades at around 12 cents. Investor losses remain unclear pending the investigation.
In the podcast, Gray described the meeting as an opportunity to show the SEC what TexitCoin is, who runs it, and how it works. He claimed he studied past failed crypto projects and designed TexitCoin to avoid the same mistakes. Gray continues to fund his offshore lifestyle with investor funds, according to reports.
