Canada-based MLM company Sipology has officially announced the closure of its business. The company stated that “financial circumstances” forced the decision.

Sipology operated mainly across North America and was known for selling loose-leaf tea products.

Company Background and Leadership

Sipology was founded in 2008 under the name Steeped Tea. It was led by co-founders Tonia Jahshan and Hatem Jahshan.

Over the years, the company built its network through MLM distribution and product-based sales.

Commissions Unpaid and Operations Halted

Along with the shutdown, Sipology confirmed it cannot process commission payments. It is unclear how many cycles of commissions remain unpaid.

The company also announced:

  • Existing orders may be processed where possible
  • No new orders will be accepted
  • Customer support will no longer respond to inquiries

Website Shutdown and Receivership Claims

At the time of closure, Sipology’s website was taken offline. It now shows a locked Shopify page.

Some promoters claim the company has entered receivership. However, this has not been independently confirmed yet.
