Alexis Romano Agrees to $2.75 Million Settlement

Alexis Romano, a former Isagenix promoter and associate of Eric Worre, settled claims with The Traders Domain receiver. The lawsuit alleged she received $4.59 million through two family trusts. Under the agreement, Romano will repay $2.75 million.

Jeffrey Sherrill and Minh Dang Resolve Receiver Claims

Jeffrey Sherrill agreed to repay $10,000 after allegedly receiving $26,000. Minh Dang settled by agreeing to repay $12,000 after claims that he received $342,100. Both settlements were approved by the court on June 1, 2026.

BaFin's order represents another significant regulatory action against TGI AG and strengthens investor protection efforts in Germany. While German authorities have ordered refunds for affected investors, investigations into the company's activities continue. Austrian and Liechtenstein regulators are also monitoring the case as scrutiny surrounding TGI AG increases.
