Zlatkov appeared in a couple OneCoin promotional films, but that was about it.

OneCoin declared Zlatkov’s termination on February 18.

Regarding ONE Ecosystem’s leadership and our future strategic orientation, we would like to provide an important update.

We recently conducted important talks in our headquarters in Hanoi, Vietnam, where we thoroughly evaluated our accomplishments, difficulties, and goals for the future.

It is still thought to be run from Sofia, Bulgaria, even though OneCoin claims to be headquartered in Vietnam.

We recognize that a change in leadership is necessary to guarantee that ONE Ecosystem keeps moving forward on its trajectory of excellence and steady expansion.

We sincerely thank Mr. Ventsislav Zlatkov for his unshakable dedication to our community and his priceless contributions.

We wish him the very best in all of his future undertakings and sincerely appreciate his contribution to creating the foundation for future success.

SimilarWeb was monitoring about 103,000 monthly visitors to the One Ecosystem website at the time of Zlatkov’s resignation (January 2025). China is the source of 22% of traffic, followed by Russia (18%) and Thailand (16%).

Chinese citizens being conned by OneCoin is probably related to whatever is happening in nearby Vietnam.

Now that Zlatkov is no longer involved, OneCoin resumes its anonymity. It will be interesting to observe whether another puppet CEO is put in place.
