Marlon & Lashonda Moore plead guilty to BINT criminal charges

Marlon and Lashonda Moore, co-founders of Blessings In No Time, have entered guilty pleas to associated felony counts.

On January 16th, plea bargains were submitted under secret. The Moores (right) admitted to one count of money laundering in the agreements.

On January 23, the court accepted the guilty pleas of the Moores, but
postponed accepting the plea deal until the presentence report had been reviewed.

The DOJ submitted petitions for $446,761 in preliminary forfeiture orders on January 31st.

In August 2020, the multilevel marketing gifting program Blessings In No Time (BINT) was introduced.

The FTC and Texas AG filed a combined lawsuit against BINT and the Moores in June 2021. The Moores were accused of operating a multi-million dollar gifting system in the civil fraud complaint.

In July 2023, the Moores reached a $9.7 million settlement with the FTC. A few months later, in November, they were charged on criminal counts linked to BINT.

The Moores’ BINT sentence has not yet been set, pending the submission of pre-sentencing reports.
