Giguere Family Depositions Reveal Alleged Web of Lies in Jeunesse Lawsuit

Ogale Erandal Ray (Randy Ray) is seeking court sanctions against Kevin Giguere for alleged witness tampering and money laundering. In his Amended Motion for Sanctions filed March 30, 2026, Ray claims Giguere orchestrated a massive scheme using family members to hide millions from Jeunesse.

Lawsuit Background

Ray sued Giguere in 2024, accusing him and others of cheating him out of tens of millions. He later added claims that Giguere manipulated his wife Wendy Lewis (who has dementia) to run both an “out of market” scheme and a money laundering operation.

Ray has filed multiple contempt motions. He alleges Giguere told his son Austin and daughter-in-law Dakota to evade service and lie during depositions.

Shocking Deposition Testimony

During their depositions, Austin and Dakota denied knowing about large Jeunesse payments made in their names. Dakota also denied filing tax returns despite being shown 1099 forms worth hundreds of thousands of dollars.

Both gave short, flippant answers and pointed to bookkeeper Pamela McKinney as the only person with knowledge — even though she was watching the depositions live

Pamela McKinney’s Explosive Affidavit

McKinney, who was dismissed as a defendant, provided a detailed affidavit. She revealed:

  • Kevin Giguere gave free distributor positions to her family and others.
  • They did almost no work and sold very few products.
  • Millions flowed from Jeunesse to these positions. The family kept only 3.57% and transferred 96.43% to Giguere.
  • She prepared 1099s to record the transfers as fake “commissions.”
  • Capital City Bank closed all related accounts due to suspected money laundering.

McKinney confirmed Dakota and Austin knew about the money and that Kevin told them to “keep their mouths shut.”
