France’s financial regulator, the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF), has blacklisted Aurum Foundation and added its domains, aurum.foundation and aurum-foundation.com, to its warning list. The action was taken on June 12, 2026, after regulators determined that the company was offering financial products and services without authorization.

Unauthorized Investment Activities Raise Concerns

According to the AMF, Aurum Foundation was operating without the required regulatory approval. Offering investment products without registration violates French financial laws and may constitute securities fraud. The warning serves as a caution to potential investors considering the platform.

Aurum Foundation's Rapid Expansion and Leadership

Aurum Foundation launched in mid-2024 and expanded quickly across multiple markets. In early 2025, Bryan Benson was appointed CEO. Benson, a Peruvian national reportedly based in Dubai, became the public face of the company as it continued to grow its international presence.

Global Traffic and U.S. Promotion Efforts

Despite increasing regulatory scrutiny, Aurum Foundation attracted approximately 472,000 monthly website visits in May 2026. The United States, Greece, the Netherlands, Switzerland, and Belgium were among its largest traffic sources. In the U.S., promotion of the platform has been led by Shane Morand, who has played a key role in expanding the company’s network and visibility.
