France Blacklists Altior Capital for Securities Fraud

France’s financial regulator, the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF), has officially blacklisted Altior Capital.

The AMF added Altior Capital to its national blacklist on May 5, 2026, for offering financial services and products without proper authorization.

Why Altior Capital Was Blacklisted

According to the AMF, Altior Capital is operating illegally in France. Providing unregistered securities or investment services violates French law and is considered securities fraud.

Altior Capital is promoted as “the investment platform of the future” by Legacy Group, a multi-level marketing (MLM) crypto scheme launched in mid to late 2025.

Warning Signs and Red Flags

Behind Legacy Group

Legacy Group is led by Dubai-based French national Remy Nurdin (also known as Remy Capital). Nurdin has a history of involvement in controversial financial schemes.

Nurdin has been notably silent on social media since April 1, 2026.
