BG Wealth Sharing Securities Fraud Warning Issued by Canada’s OSC
The Ontario Securities Commission (OSC) has issued a securities fraud warning against BG Wealth Sharing and its associated platform, DSJ Exchange. According to the regulator, neither company is registered to trade securities in Ontario, Canada. Investors are advised to exercise extreme caution and avoid engaging with these platforms.
BG Wealth Sharing Operated as a Click-a-Button Ponzi Scheme
BG Wealth Sharing was promoted as a profitable investment opportunity through a “click-a-button” business model. However, investigations linked the platform to a large-scale Ponzi scheme allegedly operated by Chinese scammers. Similar schemes have been reported worldwide since 2021, targeting investors with unrealistic earnings promises.
Collapse, Exit Scam, and Investor Losses
The original BG Wealth Sharing platform collapsed in April 2026. After the collapse, investors were asked to pay fake tax fees to access their funds. The scheme later demanded an additional $1,000 payment from users before quickly withdrawing the requirement. Many investors suffered significant financial losses and were unable to recover their investments.
HQI Exchange and New BG Wealth Sharing Reboots
Following the collapse, the operators launched HQI Exchange as a replacement platform. Investors were required to pay a $100 entry fee to participate. However, HQI Exchange also failed after disabling withdrawals on May 31, 2026. Despite repeated failures, the scammers continue launching new BG Wealth Sharing websites to attract fresh victims.
