The Ontario Securities Commission (OSC) has issued a securities fraud notice to Crown Global.
According to the OSC’s notice from March 24th, Crown Global Limited is not registered in Ontario to trade securities.
Securities fraud is the trading of securities without OSC registration.
A relaunch of the defunct Crypto Crown Ponzi scam called Crown Global.
With the promise of 18.5% monthly for the first six months and 22.5% monthly for the next six, Crown Global is looking for $27,500 in contributions.
While Crown Global traffic increased from 36,200 in November to 57,800 in December, according to SimilarWeb, total recruiting outside of the UK seems to have fallen.
The United States accounted for 30% of monthly visitors to Crypto Crown’s website as of December 2022, followed by the United Kingdom (21%, up 45%), Spain (16%, down 15%), and France (15%, down 31%).
Through Crypto Crown Inc., a Canadian shell corporation formed using a UPS address, Crypto Crown was connected to Canada.
In October 2022, Crypto Crown Inc. was dissolved after to Crypto Crown’s collapse. There were no results from a search for Crown Global.
It’s uncertain whether Crown Global is really operated from Canada. In any case, the revived Ponzi fraud has drawn the attention of Canadian officials.
Crown Global was also placed on the Investment Caution List by the Alberta Securities Commission in February 2023, along with OSC.
On January 15, 2025, rainbnb.com was privately registered.
Although offered, rainbnb.cloud doesn’t seem to have ever been registered.
A third domain, “getrise.pro,” which was privately registered on January 31st, 2025, was being promoted by RainBNB fraudsters as of last week.
