TRON has crossed a major milestone. Total transaction volume on the TRON blockchain now exceeds $30 trillion. This growth comes from high throughput, low fees, and strong liquidity. TRON serves as a preferred settlement layer for stablecoin transfers, payments, and digital asset activity worldwide.

The network holds more than 405 million user accounts. It has processed over 15 billion total transactions. Total value locked (TVL) stands above $28 billion. Circulating USDT on TRON exceeds $94 billion, the largest supply on any blockchain.

TRON Leads USDT Transfer Volume and Crypto Payments

According to Token Terminal, TRON leads all networks in USDT transfer volume year to date. The network has moved about $6 trillion in USDT. Daily transfer volume averages $25 billion.

Consumer payments also show strong growth. CoinDesk Research reports crypto payment card volumes rose from $2 billion in Q1 2026 to $2.4 billion in Q2. TRON’s share increased from 33% to 34% in that period. This ranks as the highest share among tracked chains. The data confirms TRON’s role in merchant acceptance and consumer-to-business payments through Visa-linked stablecoin cards.

Justin Sun Highlights TRON’s Role in the Digital Dollar Economy

“TRON has moved $30 trillion since launch, a scale comparable to the annual output of the U.S. economy in 2025. Crossing $30 trillion in total transaction volume is proof that TRON has become an essential infrastructure for the digital dollar economy,” said Justin Sun, founder of TRON. “Every trillion dollars that moves across TRON represents real people relying on stablecoins for payments, savings, and everyday transactions. TRON was built to support accessible, scalable digital financial infrastructure, and this milestone reflects the continued growth of that mission.”

Institutional Access and Index Recognition Expand

Institutional support for TRON continues to grow. In September 2026, Canary Capital launched the Canary Staked TRX ETF under the ticker TRXS. TRX spot and futures products trade on Bitnomial, a U.S.-regulated derivatives exchange. Anchorage Digital added native TRX staking and custody for TRC-20 assets. The Tokenized Hamilton Lane SCOPE Fund became the first Securitize-issued asset on the TRON network.

TRON also ranks among the top five protocols in the newly launched S&P Pantera Digital Asset Index. The index, created by S&P Dow Jones Indices and Pantera Capital, focuses on protocol utility, on-chain liquidity, and network activity. This inclusion shows traditional financial frameworks now apply to blockchain networks.

TRON’s $30 trillion volume milestone highlights its position as core infrastructure for stablecoin payments and digital asset movement.
