Polar Tensor received a securities fraud warning from Hong Kong’s Securities and Futures Commission on August 7, 2026. The SFC called it a “suspicious virtual asset trading platform.” The company and its websites hold no license to offer regulated activities in Hong Kong, including soliciting investments from the public.
Polar Tensor markets itself as an AI trading bot. Investigators describe it as an MLM crypto Ponzi scheme. The face of the operation is “Felix Bick,” who appears both as a live actor and as an AI-generated avatar.
The SFC named more than a dozen domains tied to Polar Tensor. Most were registered privately between 2025 and 2026. Several sites have already been disabled or suspended, including polar-tensor.com, polar-tensor-global.com, polartensor.io, and polar-tensor.pro.
Polar Tensor lists Hong Kong company details for Polar Tensor LAB Limited on its website. In July 2026 it held a marketing event billed as a “Hong Kong Office Opening weekend.” Speakers included Felix Bick, Bob Bearden, Rabu Gary, and Todd Falcone. Footage of the event was later posted on Vimeo.
Regulators in Quebec, Alberta, and British Columbia have also issued fraud warnings against Polar Tensor. In July 2026 the main site polar-tensor.com drew about 156,000 monthly visits. Most traffic came from Germany, followed by the United States and Puerto Rico.
