Aurum Foundation received a securities fraud warning from the UK’s Financial Conduct Authority on August 11, 2026. The FCA stated the firm may be offering financial services without permission and is not authorised. It advised people to avoid the company and watch for scams. Soliciting UK investments without registration is considered securities fraud.

Aurum Foundation is an MLM crypto Ponzi that launched from Dubai in mid-2024. Bryan Benson, a Peruvian national based in Dubai and Colombia, was named CEO in early 2025 and is believed to front Russian operators. U.S. promotion is led by Shane Morand, the former Organo Gold co-founder who previously pushed other crypto schemes. Other top leaders operate from Italy, the UAE, Poland, Ukraine, Germany, Mongolia, Indonesia, and Spain.
The scheme has drawn fraud warnings from Slovakia, Finland, Belgium, Russia, Nigeria, New Zealand, Greece, Australia, and Hong Kong. France blacklisted it nationwide in June 2026. Poland’s financial authority referred suspected banking fraud to prosecutors the same month. Despite operating from Dubai, the website listed a Hong Kong address, which triggered that territory’s alert.
Under rising pressure, Aurum Foundation rebranded to Neyro in June 2026 under co-founder Andrew Isaacs. The domain neyro.network was seized on July 29, and the original scheme collapsed the next day. Cloudflare later flagged the site for fraud. Operators are now running a “we got hacked” exit scam and steering victims into a new reboot on neyrolabs.io, still controlled by the same Russian network.
