Dissecting Alex Reinhardt’s Ultima Ponzi Scheme

BehindMLM first covered Alex Reinhardt’s latest Ultima Ponzi reboot in late 2023. The scheme followed a familiar pattern. Reinhardt solicited investments of up to €110,000 for worthless ULTIMA tokens.

The tokens often display impressive trading values on paper. In practice, only Reinhardt appears able to cash out. Investors are left holding tokens that lose all value. Reinhardt then launches a new version with fresh tokens. This cycle has repeated with declining returns since late 2023.

A recent securities fraud warning from Ghana prompted a closer look at the verified layers of Reinhardt’s Ultima operation.

Senta Tech LLC: The Shell Company Behind Ultima

All Ultima-related activity ties back to Senta Tech LLC. This Georgia-registered shell company lists Lyudmila Zhukova as its founder. The registered address is Omar Khizanishvili Street, No. 264, Gldani District, Tbilisi. The same address appears for many other companies, a common trait of shell-company factories.

Zhukova has no public connection to Ultima. Her identity is widely believed to be purchased. Alex Reinhardt, originally from Russia and later based in Germany, runs these MLM crypto schemes from Dubai.

Ultima: The Core Platform

Ultima operates on the domain ultima.io, first registered in 2016. Reinhardt acquired it around early to mid-2023 to launch the reboot. Ultima serves as the backbone for multiple related schemes. Investors are encouraged to buy ULTIMA tokens whose public trading prices appear heavily manipulated.

Ultima began as a standalone reboot of PlatinWorld. Since 2023, Reinhardt has added numerous spin-offs.

Ultima Migration: Recycling Old Victims

Ultima Migration runs on ultimamigration.com, registered on December 1, 2025. The site targets investors from Reinhardt’s earlier PlatinWorld scheme. PlatinWorld itself was a reboot of PlatinCoin and used PLC, PLCUC, and PLCUX tokens. It collapsed multiple times before being abandoned in 2023.

Victims are invited to convert their worthless tokens into new MIGC, MIGU, and MIGX tokens. Clicking “begin migration” redirects users to platin-passport.com (registered in 2021). Once converted, these investors are funneled into the current Ultima schemes.

Collapsed Trading-Bot Schemes

Several short-lived trading-bot platforms formed part of the ecosystem:

  • UTrading (utrading.com, launched mid-2025) collapsed on June 29, 2026.

  • Ultima Trading (ultimatrading.com, launched Q2 2025) promised up to 150% annual returns. Its current withdrawal status remains unclear.

  • UGrid (ugridbot.com, registered March 19, 2026) shut down on July 8, 2026.

All used the classic trading-bot Ponzi pitch.

Still-Active or Unclear Platforms

DefiU (defiu.com, launched mid-to-late 2023) promises daily ULTIMA rewards. No collapse notice appears on the site, and withdrawal status is unknown.

UPass (upass.com, launched mid-2025) acts as the investor back-office. Login credentials from the trading platforms redirect here.

UWallet (uwallet.com, launched mid-2025) is the in-house crypto wallet. It is available as a Sentech LLC app on Google Play and the Apple App Store, with a sideload option also offered.

Marketing and Event Sites

UConvention (uconvention.com, registered November 26, 2025) sells tickets to Ultima marketing events. The most recent event was claimed to have taken place in Germany in April. Whether it actually occurred is unclear.

UBusiness (ubusiness.com, launched mid-2025) currently serves as a feeder site into UPass.

Blockchain and Token Layers

UChain (uchain.com, launched mid-2025) hosts Reinhardt’s private blockchain. It supports the UCN token and other Ultima tokens. The explorer sits on uexplorer.com. Beyond enabling new token launches, UChain appears to serve no practical purpose.

Smart Pass (smart-pass.com, launched around 2023) functions as a central navigation hub for the various Ultima spin-offs.

Abandoned or Inactive Projects

Several earlier projects show clear signs of abandonment:

  • Ultima Cashback (ultimacashback.com) still carries Platin World LTD branding and a St. Vincent address. It promises up to 50% cashback on ULTIMA purchases, yet ULTIMA has no real purchasing power. Sign-up links redirect to UPass.

  • Ultima Travel (ultimatravel.com) presents as a discount travel site but redirects everything to UPass. Its terms mention U-Business Global LLC, a purported St. Vincent shell company.

  • Ultima Store (global.ultimastore.com) lists only Ultima-related products, all marked “sold out.” The footer references Platindeal LLC, another Georgia shell company.

  • Ultima Energy (ultima.energy, registered December 2024) lets users buy “energy” and “bandwidth” with ULTIMA tokens. No clear benefit is explained.

  • TPT Token (tpt-token.com, registered June 2025) claims users can convert USDT into TPTU tokens for payments and automated trading. The “Get TPT” button is disabled, suggesting the project has been dropped.

  • Ultima Lucky (ultimalucky.com, registered June 2025) operated as an unregistered lottery. The last draw listed was December 31, 2025.

ULucky: The Current Iteration

ULucky (ulucky.com, launched early 2026) is the latest version. It reboots the lottery model around ULUCKY tokens. Investment packages range from €550 (Air package, 11,000 tokens) to €110,000 (Exclusive package, 11 million tokens).

Tokens enter unregistered lottery draws that advertise Bitcoin prizes. With the trading-bot schemes collapsed, Ultima has shifted toward an unregistered crypto gambling format.
