E-Estate has been promoting “Mike Hamilton” as its American co-founder. BehindMLM can exclusively reveal that “Mike Hamilton” is actually Mike Wilson, a California-born US resident believed to be living in Florida.
Wilson, a former US Marine Corps veteran, moved from the United States to Ukraine around 2019. He is the key connection between E-Estate’s promotion in the US and the Eastern European operators behind the scheme.
Before E-Estate, Wilson co-founded Andesite Blue, a company focused on providing passive income to bondholders while supporting healthcare, housing, agriculture, and green energy projects in Ukraine.

According to his professional bio:
Wilson is a father of six children. He has strong ties to Ukraine, where he met his second wife. He has been visiting the country since 2012 and opened Kyiv’s Western Saloon in 2023.
Wilson began promoting E-Estate under the fake name “Mike Hamilton.” The company’s domain was registered in late 2024, and the Ponzi scheme officially launched around October 2025.
E-Estate is a classic MLM crypto Ponzi scheme built on fake real estate investment promises. Wilson serves as the public face for American audiences.
On June 1, 2026, the Texas State Securities Board issued a cease and desist order against E-Estate for securities fraud. Mike Wilson, listed as “Mike Hamilton,” was named as a respondent.
Despite the order, Wilson continues promoting the scheme. In a video released on June 5, 2026, he dismissed regulatory concerns using typical crypto excuses.
Wilson is also scheduled to host an E-Estate marketing event in Washington D.C. on June 13, 2026.
