Quebec’s financial regulator, the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF), has issued a securities fraud warning against BG Wealth Sharing and several related entities. According to the regulator, BG Wealth Sharing LTD is not registered with the AMF and is not authorized to solicit investors in Quebec.

Multiple Associated Companies Named in the Warning

The AMF warning identifies several entities linked to BG Wealth Sharing, including:

  • BG Wealth Group Inc.
  • BGRE Capital Corporation
  • BG Wealth Group Growth Fund LP
  • BG Wealth Holdings Corporation
  • BG Wealth GP Inc.
  • BG Wealth Properties Inc.
  • BG Property Holdings Inc.
  • Blackthorn Investment Group Inc.
  • DSJ Exchange PTY LTD
  • DSJEX
  • HQI Exchange

Regulators have raised concerns about these entities and their connection to the broader BG Wealth Sharing operation.

BG Wealth Sharing Linked to a Click-a-Button Ponzi Scheme

BG Wealth Sharing operated through a “click-a-button” investment model that promised users passive income. The platform has been widely described as a Ponzi-style scheme that allegedly targeted investors worldwide. Similar schemes have appeared since 2021 and often collapse once new investor funds stop flowing into the system.

DSJ Exchange and Alleged Money Laundering Concerns

DSJ Exchange, also known as DSJEX, was promoted as a trading platform connected to BG Wealth Sharing. Reports suggest that several entities named by the AMF may have been used to move or conceal investor funds. These concerns have increased scrutiny from regulators and industry watchdogs.

Collapse of BG Wealth Sharing and HQI Exchange

The original BG Wealth Sharing platform reportedly collapsed in April 2026. Following the collapse, investors were asked to pay so-called tax fees to access their funds. Later, participants were asked for an additional $1,000 payment before the requirement was suddenly removed.

Shortly afterward, HQI Exchange was launched as a replacement platform with a $100 entry fee. However, HQI Exchange also collapsed after disabling withdrawals on May 31, 2026.

Active BG Wealth Sharing Reboot Domains

Despite multiple collapses, new websites connected to the scheme continue to appear online. Known domains include:

  • bgwealthltd.7324.app
  • bgw.7324.app
  • zxa220.net
  • zxb321.net
  • cdw723.icu
  • vfe926.com

Investors should exercise caution, as several of these domains continue to promote investment opportunities despite withdrawal issues on related platforms.

Promoter Website Referenced by Regulators

The AMF warning also referenced a disabled promotional website previously used to market BG Wealth Sharing. The site was allegedly connected to promotional activities targeting potential investors.

Regulators continue to encourage investors to verify registration status before sending money to any investment platform or online opportunity.
