Alaska’s Division of Banking and Securities issued a securities fraud warning on May 26, 2026. The alert targets BG Wealth Sharing LTD and its linked crypto platform DSJ Exchange. Authorities warn residents about a suspected investment scam involving cryptocurrency trading.
The program promises guaranteed AI-based returns. Investors are recruited through social media and word of mouth with referral bonuses. Communication uses private messaging apps and frequently changing website domains. The operators falsely claim global regulatory approval.

BG Wealth Sharing is a “click-a-button” MLM Ponzi scheme run by Chinese scammers. DSJ Exchange acts as the fake trading platform attached to the program. The original version collapsed in late April 2026, leaving most investors with heavy losses.
After the collapse, scammers launched a “fake taxes” exit-scam. They demanded a 12% recovery fee from investors. A follow-up $1,000 payment was announced and quickly dropped. Most victims who paid these fees lost even more money.
The same Chinese operators are now pushing several reboots. Known domains include hqiXX.com (HQI Exchange), bgwealthltd.7324.app, zxa220.net, zxb321.net, cdw723.icu, and vfe926.com. Alaska regulators urge everyone to avoid sending money or crypto to any version of BG Wealth Sharing or DSJ Exchange.
