Kevin Giguere Accused of Manipulating Jeunesse Co-Founder Wendy Lewis

Kevin Giguere allegedly “manipulated” Wendy Lewis, co-founder of Jeunesse and wife of Ogale Ray (Randy Ray), as part of a massive money laundering scheme.

Ray claims Giguere took advantage of Lewis, who was suffering from the early stages of dementia, to steal tens of millions of dollars from him over several years.

New Allegations in Amended Complaint

In an Amended Complaint filed on February 13, 2026, Randy Ray added serious new claims against Giguere. These details emerged during the discovery process after his original lawsuit was filed in late 2024.

According to Ray, Giguere not only involved Wendy Lewis but also enlisted her adult children from a previous marriage — Kym Lewis and Scott Lewis — in the alleged conspiracy.

Ray alleges that Giguere preyed on Lewis’s declining mental health for years, using hundreds of transactions to divert money away from him.

How the Alleged Scheme Worked

The scheme reportedly began with an “Out of Market Scheme.” Giguere allegedly bought Jeunesse products at deeply discounted prices — sometimes for free — and sold them in bulk at much lower prices than regular distributors could offer.

These products were moved through intermediaries in Flushing, New York, and Gainesville, Florida, and often sold to buyers in foreign countries, including China.

While the operation initially helped Jeunesse find new online customers, Ray claims Giguere used it to enrich himself, Wendy Lewis, and their associates — while completely cutting Ray out of the profits.

Profits were allegedly laundered through shell companies and diverted to Giguere, Lewis, Giguere’s friends, family, and romantic interests.

Key individuals named in moving the money include Giguere’s former girlfriend Chantel Lowen and business associate Chris Munizzi.

Benefits Received by Wendy Lewis and Her Children

Ray claims Wendy Lewis personally received millions from the scheme, both directly and through companies she controlled, such as W L Enterprises LLC.

Her children, Kym Lewis and Scott Lewis, also allegedly benefited significantly — even though neither worked for Jeunesse.

  • Kym Lewis received over $5 million into a joint account with her mother.
  • Scott Lewis received millions individually and through companies like S Lewis Enterprises LLC.

Ray further alleges that Kym and Scott Lewis encouraged their mother to participate in the scheme so they could inherit millions from her estate.

Even now, Kym Lewis and Scott Lewis are reportedly fighting each other in court over the money allegedly taken from Randy Ray.

Additional Details on the Money Laundering

After the “Out of Market” operation slowed down in 2019–2020 (around the time Chinese authorities seized $770 million worth of smuggled Jeunesse products), Giguere allegedly created a new money laundering scheme using fraudulent 1099 tax filings.

This second scheme is the main focus of Ray’s original 2024 complaint.

Current Status of the Lawsuit

The lawsuit now names a total of 54 defendants.

Fifteen new defendants were added in the Amended Complaint, including:

  • Chantel Lowen
  • Kym Lewis and Scott Lewis
  • Nancy Fitzpatrick (legal guardian of Wendy Lewis)
  • Several new shell companies linked to Giguere and his family

Several defendants have already been dismissed from the case, including members of the McKinney and Dawson families.

Randy Ray and Wendy Lewis sold Jeunesse to LaCore Enterprises in January 2023. The company later collapsed in late 2024 and its remaining assets were acquired by Velovita in December 2024.

Kevin Giguere had served as Chairman of Jeunesse during this period.

Final Thoughts

Randy Ray claims his personal losses run into the tens of millions, while the damage to Jeunesse as a company could reach the hundreds of millions.

This high-profile lawsuit continues to unfold. BehindMLM will keep tracking developments in Randy Ray’s legal battle against Kevin Giguere and the other defendants.
