The number of civil robocall fraud lawsuits against Family First Life’s parent company has now reached ten.
Family First Life, a multi-level marketing (MLM) company, sells insurance leads to its agents. Many consumers claim the company’s telemarketing practices break federal law.
Plaintiff Beaufort Nickson filed a lawsuit against Integrity LLC (formerly Integrity Marketing Group) in the U.S. District Court for Maryland on February 11, 2025.
Nickson says his phone number has been on the National Do Not Call Registry since 2018. Despite this, he received 13 unwanted telemarketing calls between October 2021 and March 2022.
The calls came from spoofed phone numbers. Callers identified themselves as representatives from American Senior Benefits, American Benefits, or Senior Solutions. They tried to sell final expense or burial insurance.
Nickson described how the calls interrupted his daily life:
Even after the letter, the calls continued. Nickson recorded several calls and the company’s voicemail messages.
He claims he never gave permission for these calls. Under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the company must prove consent.
The complaint accuses Integrity LLC of violating the TCPA by making unsolicited telemarketing calls to a number on the Do Not Call Registry and using spoofed numbers.
Nickson sought up to $4,000 per illegal call across two counts.
He later filed an Amended Complaint in April 2025. The case reached a settlement, and Nickson filed a Notice of Voluntary Dismissal on June 6, 2025. The court closed the case the same day.
Here are the ten known civil TCPA lawsuits filed against Family First Life or its parent company Integrity:
With at least ten TCPA lawsuits filed, unwanted robocalls linked to Family First Life appear to be an ongoing problem.
The Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) is enforced federally by the FCC. It remains unclear whether the FCC has started any formal investigation into Integrity or Family First Life.
Consumers on the Do Not Call Registry have the right to be free from unsolicited telemarketing calls. Repeated violations can lead to significant penalties.
