Reach Solar, a multi-level marketing (MLM) company, has officially collapsed. Instead of openly admitting the shutdown, the company has chosen to describe the situation as “going through a solar eclipse” and has announced a full reboot scheduled for April 18, 2026.

The collapse became evident when a recent review attempt revealed that Reach Solar’s compensation plan page returned a 404 error. The company’s original MLM business model no longer exists. What was once bookmarked as an active MLM opportunity has now vanished from its previous online presence.

Reach Solar’s homepage currently displays a dramatic message comparing the situation to a total solar eclipse. It reads: “Just like a total solar eclipse, this is a rare, once-in-a-generation moment, a brief period of darkness before the brightest light returns. We are completely reimagining what REACH Solar looks like for our members. When we emerge from this eclipse on April 18th, 2026, you’ll discover a brand new platform built for growth, speed, and your success. The best is yet to come.”

The company’s official Facebook page has not been updated since March 2025. In line with the collapse, Reach Solar’s YouTube channel has been completely wiped clean, removing all previous content. This sudden silence across official channels further confirms that the original business structure has been dismantled.
A revisit of Reach Solar has been scheduled for the end of April 2026. If the promised new platform launches as an MLM opportunity, a fresh review will be published to examine its structure, compensation plan, and legitimacy for prospective members.
