As of February 27, 2026, Jimmy Bennett is actively promoting Manifest schemes to US and Canadian residents via email, despite reports of his 2025 arrest in the UK, per industry sources. He claims to have relocated to Dubai (late 2025) and now lists Miami on his Instagram profile. The promotion focuses on two main products:

  • “Fast, flexible funding” up to $150,000 within 24 hours for business or personal needs, branded under Manifest and delivered through undisclosed “lending specialists.”
  • Unregistered virtual Manifest shares sold for $6,750 USD (or £5,000) per share, with a 1% share of future company profits and quarterly payouts.

No mention of these offers appears on Manifest’s official website or active social channels.

Social Media and Website Activity Stalled

  • Manifest’s Facebook page has been inactive since March 2025.
  • The official Instagram account last posted in April 2025.
  • The website shows no public promotion of loans or equity raises.

This lack of transparency contrasts sharply with the aggressive private email outreach targeting North American consumers.

Legal and Regulatory Red Flags

Neither Jimmy Bennett nor Manifest holds any registration to offer securities or investment opportunities in the United States or the United Kingdom. Key violations include:

  • Selling unregistered securities → violates the U.S. Securities Act of 1933 and state blue-sky laws.
  • Promising quarterly profit distributions → constitute an unregistered investment contract under the Howey Test.
  • Potential wire fraud and money laundering exposure due to cross-border promises of passive returns.

The UK Financial Conduct Authority issued a securities fraud warning against Manifest in January 2025, shortly before the scheme is believed to have collapsed.

Previous Schemes and Investor Losses

Manifest began as Manifest FX in late 2021, an MLM forex trading operation. Multiple reboots followed, with the core model repeatedly labeled a pyramid scheme with securities fraud and suspected commodities fraud elements. Total investor losses across Bennett’s various Manifest-related vehicles remain unknown but are widely reported to be substantial.

Investor Guidance

  • Do not send funds or personal information in response to unsolicited Manifest loan or share offers.
  • Verify any investment opportunity through official SEC EDGAR filings (sec.gov) and state securities regulators.
  • Report suspicious activity to the SEC (sec.gov/tcr), FBI IC3 (ic3.gov), or your state securities regulator.
  • Avoid any entity promising high returns with little risk, especially when promoted privately and not publicly disclosed.

Current status (February 27, 2026): Bennett remains active on social media, the loan/share offers continue via email, and no public enforcement action has been announced in the U.S. or Canada regarding the latest campaign.

Reminder: Unsolicited private investment offers that promise guaranteed or high quarterly returns are almost always illegal securities offerings in the United States.
