January 9, 2026 – After a four-day federal jury trial that began on January 5th, Marlon Moore and LaShonda Moore have been found guilty on all counts related to their Blessings In No Time (BINT) multi-level marketing gifting scheme.
The jury returned guilty verdicts on:
BINT operated during the COVID-19 pandemic and is believed to have defrauded more than 10,000 consumers out of approximately $29 million.
After Levarti’s original MLM travel opportunity (with “Levarti coins”) stalled, the company shifted focus to personal referral commissions via RSI Vacations. That non-MLM side will continue in 2026 under a new travel partner: I Love Travel Company (owned by Michael & Katie Catlow, both former WorldVentures promoters).
The MLM side, however, is being completely rebooted as ELYT Lifestyle, with Alex Morton, one of the most controversial figures in modern network marketing, signed on as the exclusive frontman for promoters.
In 2021, the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) filed civil fraud charges against the Moores. The couple settled those charges in mid-2023 for $9.7 million.
Criminal charges followed, with the Moores being indicted in late 2023.

Sentencing is pending.
Each count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud and wire fraud carries a maximum penalty of 20 years in federal prison.
Each money laundering count carries a maximum of 10 years.
Given the number of counts and the scale of the fraud, the Moores face the possibility of decades in prison.
The BINT case is yet another example of how MLM gifting schemes — often disguised as “blessing circles” or “gifting programs” — are prosecuted as pyramid fraud and wire fraud when they rely on continuous recruitment to pay earlier participants.
Federal authorities continue to aggressively target these schemes, especially those that exploded during the COVID era.
