On April 16, 2025, BusinessForHome reported that Xtream Lifestyle, previously known for its pyramid-style operations, has officially merged into iGenius Global.
Xtream Lifestyle originally launched in 2022 under the name XtreamFX Global Academy. According to an earlier review by BehindMLM in October 2022, XtreamFX was a successor of the collapsed Tradera pyramid scheme. Following that period, the brand transitioned into Xtream Lifestyle.
The venture was led by Jacob Mickle and Adrian Sloan, both former Tradera promoters. The platform offered trading signals alongside recruitment incentives and questionable “common-unity token” offerings, raising concerns over potential securities violations.
Now, Jacob and Adrian have aligned with iGenius, citing shared core values as a motivation for the move. However, the acquisition appears to be a strategic fit given the checkered past of iGenius and its parent company, Investview, both of which have faced repeated fraud allegations.
2018: Fined $150,000 by the CFTC for commodities-related misconduct through Kuvera Global (iGenius’ former name).
2019: France’s AMF issued a fraud warning against Kuvera Global.
2021: Investview’s CEO was arrested in connection with a recovery scam.
2023: Polish authorities launched a criminal investigation into iGenius.
January 2024: Investview’s previous auditors were fined $400,000 for submitting false audits to the SEC.
September 2024: The Quebec financial regulator issued a fraud alert against iGenius.
September 2024: The SEC sued two individuals involved in Investview’s Apex scheme.
January 2025: Investview settled the Apex case with the SEC for $375,000.
As of February 2025, SimilarWeb reported that iGenius’ website received around 20,000 monthly visits. Xtream Lifestyle’s traffic was reportedly so low it was not trackable.
The financial details of iGenius’ acquisition of Xtream Lifestyle have not been publicly disclosed.
