The court-appointed Receiver has reached a settlement with seven SAEG Ponzi net-winners.

as revealed in the January 9th, Receiver’s Sixth Report;

The Receiver has so far discovered ten receivers of $98,713 in fraudulent proceeds. To far, the Receiver has resolved his claim against seven of the investors, recovering $35,793 after demanding that they restore the fraudulent earnings.

The receiver says that if the other three defendants don’t settle, he plans to sue them for clawback.

The SAEG Receiver has retrieved $2.6 million in total. In simultaneous proceedings, $497,610 has been handed to the Traders Domain Receiver.

As part of a settlement, an additional $560,879 was given to defendant Francisco Story’s business, PT Adventures.

Four contested claims about victim distribution remain pending resolution by the court.

The SAEG Receivership has authorized 211 claims totaling $31.1 million as of January 2025.
