The lawsuit against owners Luis and Rayner Urdaneta and former Monat President Stuart MacMillan has been resolved.

According to a Joint Stipulation filed on January 27th;

By and via their undersigned counsel, the plaintiff, Stuart A. MacMillan, and the defendants, Monat Global Corp., Rayner Urdaneta, and Luis Urdaneta, now dismiss this action with prejudice, together with the pending claims and counterclaims.

The costs and fees of the attorneys shall be borne by each side.
