The Company Overview

Afrimex Gold Limited review. Is this another fraud by cryptocurrency fraudsters, or is this a real Ghanaian gold mine?

Let’s investigate.

On its own website, this gold mining firm does not disclose who owns or operates it.

On September 10, 2019, their domain (afrimexgold.com) was privately registered:

Admin Team of Afrimex Gold Limited.

This information is being posted in their telegram groups. I can not find any verifiable information in regards to the credibility or background of this team. The only one that popped up in some Google Searches was Ali Topkaya but mainly leads to pictures on his Instagram profile. I did see someone with that name on Linked in as a restaurant manager in Turkey but his picture was too vague and not clear.

Afrimex Gold Limited Fake Photo Shoot at Rented Gold Mine?

Here, you can see Ali and his girlfriend or model posing for the camera once more.

I’ve seen similar antics by other multilevel marketing businesses previously.Taking videos and pictures in front of Gold Mines ETC.

Since the bulk of traffic appears to be coming from Ukraine, the person behind Afrimex Gold Limited is probably from that country. This appears to be another gold mining scam run by Europeans who will take advantage of Africans with the hope of “helping” them become wealthy, but further investigation reveals that it is actually a scheme by crypto bros to launch their own token (AMX). At the moment, they are paying out passive returns to cryptocurrency investors in Tether Gold, but once network marketing recruitment declines (if it ever takes off), Afrimex Gold administrators will begin to pay out returns in their worthless AMX Token (MLM COIN).

Warning Signs:

  • False Address

  • There is no concrete evidence of gold mining farms—only pictures of people wearing the emblems of Afrimex Gold LTD at what seem to be other mining establishments.

  • Not Lawfully Registered

  • Uses Network Marketing (MLM) (no genuine Gold Mine will utilize MLM as a business strategy)

  • Pump & Dump Coin (also known as an exit scam)

  • AMX tokens are worthless outside of Afrimex Gold Limited and will begin to pay out in these worthless tokens as soon as network marketing recruiting stops.

This plan will fail once recruiting stops, leaving most investors with useless bags of AMX tokens.
