LaCore Enterprises is the owner of Innov8tive Nutrition. Under the direction of Heidi and Ken Whitehair, the business was founded in 2016.

In late 2019, Dave and Barb Pitcock became members of Innov8tive Nutrition. The Pitcocks departed Innov8tive Nutrition in early 2023 to start Frequense, another business owned by LaCore Enterprises.

As an authorized representative, Heidi Whitehair signed the Chapter 11 petition for Innov8tive Nutrition.

It’s unclear whether LaCore Enterprises’ situation is reflected in Innov8tive Nutrition’s bankruptcy.

In the petition filed by Inn0v8tive Nutrition, many LaCore Enterprises firms are listed as creditors:

Amount owing to LaCore Enterprises LLC: $97,116.96
$4,962.73 is owing to LaCore Growth Partners.
The total amount of unsecured claims against Innovative Nutrition exceeds $427,398. LaCore Logistics LLC owing $1991.15. The stated total assets are $382,207.95.

$54,638 in commissions to distributors Innov8tive Nutrition’s accounts with East West Bank and iPayout are still pending payment.

The fact that Inn0v8tive Nutrition is a defendant in two ongoing litigation is also noteworthy.

In May 2022, Youngevity filed a lawsuit against Innov8tive Nutrition, claiming the business was deceptively advertising its goods.

In April 2023, Inn0v8tive Nutrition and LaCore Enterprises won their petition to dismiss. The result of Youngevity’s appeal of the ruling is currently pending.

Perfectly Posh and Innov8tive Nutrition amalgamated in June 2022 after LaCore Enterprises acquired Perfectly Posh.

Ann Dalton, the creator of Perfectly Posh, filed a lawsuit against LaCore Enterprises and Innov8tive Nutrition in June 2024. Dalton alleges in her lawsuit that she suffered financial loss as a result of Perfectly Posh’s poor management.

Dalton’s complaint is still ongoing as well.

Innov8tive Nutrition doesn’t seem to have made a public admission of bankruptcy at the time of publishing. Since January 2, 2025, the company’s official Facebook page has not been updated.
