We got a response on January 13th, stating that the delays were due to “more time to work with regulators and GSB. To finalize the go-live date, we are collaborating with the GSB’s counsel and the several state regulators. We currently anticipate that the gateway will launch in the next year. They “now anticipate the portal will open in the new year,” according to an email from AlixPartners. This may occur at any point in 2025. AlixPartners emphasizes that they are a “Independent Claims administrator for the Gold Standard Bank Settlement Program.” lack access to the GSPRO Compliance inbox, GSB’s systems, or data that has been previously sent to GS Partner. Although unconfirmed, this raises the possibility that GSB is taking too long to provide this material to AlixPartners and US authorities.

This is corroborated by AlixPartners’ first September 2024 announcement to GSB victims that the claims site will be “within a few weeks.” As of the time of writing, BehindMLM has not heard back from our contacts in US law enforcement. Considering the possibly delicate nature of the current processes, this isn’t totally surprising. The persistent delays in the victim claim site have not been addressed by GSB. As a continuation of GSPartners’ fraudulent investment scam, Josip Heit and other GSB executives are now marketing customers on DAO1.
