The deadline for GSB/GSPartners victims to file claims is May 22, 2025. It should be mentioned that victims are urged to provide any pertinent and corroborating information they may have.
According to accounts, when victims in non-settling jurisdictions try to petition for refunds, the GSB makes absurd demands. For victims in North America who submit claims via the GSB Settlement website, this is not the case.

Based on the submitted documents, GSB and the Claims Administrator will try to make a fair and acceptable settlement offer.
To the best of your abilities, each GSB client should provide transaction details, quantities, or other confirming information.
Each user account will only get one offer from us. Investors who have more than one account will have to submit a separate claim for each account.
An attorney is not required in order to file a claim. You have the right to speak with an attorney and to have one represent you when you file your claim.

Following the reimbursement of all GSPartners victims with legitimate claims by GSB, GSB and Heit
will agree to the filing of an enforcement order determining that they sold securities that were not registered in accordance with state law, or that they unlawfully marketed securities.
