DAO1 securities fraud warning from New Zealand

The Financial Markets Authority (FMA) of New Zealand has issued a securities fraud notice to DAO1.

In accordance with the FMA’s warning from January 30th;

Online seminars promoting the launch of DAO1 and related goods have been brought to the attention of the FMA. DAO1 is not listed as a provider of financial services or products in New Zealand on the Financial Service Providers Register.

According to DAO1, passive rewards will be provided to investors through mining bots, automated trading, and investor acquisition.

The FMA wants to warn investors that investing in cryptocurrencies in any way entails serious financial risks and to be wary of anyone who says that a certain method or product will provide you with easy money or greater returns.

Additionally, DAO1’s marketing materials show unsupported and exaggerated profits for its investment products, which are probably out of reach for the majority of investors.

When interacting with DAO1 or anyone endorsing its goods or services, we advise exercising care.

The websites of the related scheme Apertum and DAO1 are cited by the FMA.

DAO1 is making an offer of unregistered securities when it provides passive returns without registering with the FMA. Securities fraud is the offering of unregistered securities in contravention of financial legislation.

Gold Standard Corporation (GSB) offers a number of unregistered securities, the most recent of which being DAO1.

The investment fraud that GSB began with GSPartners is being carried on by DAO1, which is presently at the heart of settlement procedures that will see owner Josip Heit reimburse victims all over North America.

The GSB confirmed on January 21st that North American users would not be able to access DAO1 and its related scheme, GSPro+.

Customers in the US and Canada are unable to keep their certificates and receive incentives like interest.

Don’t believe anyone who tells you otherwise.

Customers in the US and Canada are likewise unable to switch to a new product. Residents of the US and Canada will not be able to purchase products from GSPro+ and DAO1.

Once more, don’t believe anyone who tells you otherwise.
