Cardiff (right) attempted to use a video conference to challenge the DOJ’s bail forfeiture request, but the court rejected it on February 25.
Cardiff’s plea to move the March 3rd bail forfeiture hearing to March 10th was also turned down by the same judgment.
To the best of my knowledge, the hearing on bond forfeiture took place on March 3. However, Cardiff’s criminal case docket has not been updated as of the time of publishing.
