BusinessForHome sold to Vida Divina’s Armand Puyolt

Armand Puyolt is the new owner of the multilevel marketing journal BusinessForHome.

A number of additional editorial positions are also included in Puyolt’s purchase.

as revealed in a news statement dated February 15th;

Business For Home is now officially owned by Armand Puyolt.

Puyolt, the principal shareholder and Executive Chairman of Business for Home, will lead this new period.

Keith Halls has joined BusinessForHome as Chief Operating Officer, while Garrett and Sylvia McGrath have joined as joint Editors in Chief.

Halls, the McGraths, and Puyolt have all had executive positions in multilevel marketing before;

Prior to departing to start Vida Divina in 2016, Armand Puyolt served as President and Master Distributor of Total Life Changes.

Sylvia McGrath (right) and Garrett McGrath were distributors of EvolvHealth.

In 2019, the McGraths became part of Elepreneurs’ executive team. Garrett served as Elepreneurs’ president by 2021.

Elepreneurs made a comeback as The Happy Co. in the same year. Sometime around 2022, Garrett (right) quit his position as CEO of The Happy Co. and its offshoot, Hapi Travel Destinations.

Sylvia and Garrett McGrath joined Bravenly Global in 2023. It doesn’t seem like that worked out.

As a founding executive of NuSkin, Keith Halls (right) has been active in multilevel marketing since 1984. After leaving NuSkin in 2001, Halls has worked as a distributor for Youngevity and Synergy Worldide.

Keith Halls became president and COO of Elepreneurs in 2018. Halls went on to become President of The Happy Co., where he most likely collaborated with the McGraths.

According to the BusinessForHome news release that was quoted, Ted Nuyten and Dini Noorlander were the initial co-founders.

Will continue to play crucial roles, using their industry experience to mentor the incoming leadership team while maintaining operations in the Netherlands.
It remains to be seen what BusinessForHome will look like under Puyolt’s control. The obvious transparency problems are definitely something I would want to see resolved.

I use the word “murky” since BusinessForHome doesn’t identify which of its articles are sponsored or released in fulfilment of agreements with compensated customers.

BusinessForHome now recognises “four streams of revenue”:

We have a model for paying subscribers.

We are a publisher of Google Adwords.

We sometimes highlight and/or publish interviews with high-earning individuals and business leaders. You must have a compelling tale.

We act as a middleman between network marketing firms, venture money, and investors.

The terms “investors, venture capital, and network marketing companies” and “interviews” are related.
