The date of the Traders Domain civil fraud trial is set on June 15, 2026.

The following are some recent developments in the CFTC’s The Traders Domain case: 

• Michael Simms, Archie Rice, John Fortini, Robert Collazo, Holton Buggs, Alejandro Santiestaban, and Gabriel Beltran submitted responses to the CFTC’s complaint on February 7.

• On February 10th, a default entry was made against the corporate defendant Centurion Capital Group.

• Robert Collazo’s property in Bimini, Bahamas, sold for $2.7 million, of which about $2.5 million will go to The Traders Domain Receivership.

• On February 26th, there will be a hearing on Alejandro Santiestaban and Archie Rice’s attempt to retrieve frozen funds.

• The Receiver’s contempt motion against Santiestaban and Rice will also be considered at the same hearing on February 26.
