Qyral will be dissolved, and the receivership will end.

After a status conference in November 2024, the remaining portion of Qyral was ordered to dissolve.

in accordance with a court order of January 7, 2025;

With the exception of the Receiver’s attempts to collect money from two Qyral service providers and file his final accounting motion, the Parties and the Receiver agreed to terminate the Receiver’s duties. Additionally, the Receiver agreed to dissolve Qyral, dissolve any temporary restraining orders that were in place, and continue the motion for contempt that Sigari had filed against Banasik.

By January 31st, proof of Qyral’s California LLC dissolution must be submitted. By March 1st, the Qyral Receivership will come to an end.

On the day the order was filed, the Qyral TRO and preliminary injunctions that had previously been awarded were dissolved.

Since they are moot, the Parties’ current motions for preliminary injunctions prior to the Superseding TRO1’s entry are therefore removed from the schedule.

Neither party will be eligible for any injunctive relief based on motions that have already been filed.

The contempt proceedings against Darius Banasik by Hanieh Sigari are the last legal matter that has to be resolved.

Sigari and Qyral decided to proceed with the trial of that application during the November 22, 2024 status conference, while the parties discussed a settlement and/or mediation in the ancillary marital dissolution case that was still pending between Sigari and Banasik in the Superior Court of California, County of Santa Clara.

The contempt case probably won’t go to trial. If there are any updates, I’ll post them here.
